"I have had this leaking problem for seven years; it was a damaged area left by the original contractors. The problem area was in a hard to reach spot that I couldn't get to myself, in one corner of the roof. Todd Hoyer came out himself rather than sending someone from his team. He only charged me a token of $150, but for the repair I would have been willing to pay much more. The repair was a good repair, but the entire problem wasn't fixed so Todd came back to follow up. He truly did me a favor and saw to it that my problem was fixed, rather than just trying to appease me. I recommend the company myself. The service is great and Todd was friendly."
